Welcome back our new Senior Lawyer – Christopher Lindsay

We are incredibly excited to welcome back Christopher Lindsay, who has rejoined our firm as our new Senior Lawyer. It’s a pleasure to have him return to the team; his uplifting personality, calm professionalism, and positive energy have been truly missed. We’re so happy to have him back on board and look forward to the valuable contributions he’ll make in this next chapter with us.

Chris was admitted to legal practice in 2018 after completing a double degree in Arts and Law at Monash University. Since then, he has dedicated his legal career to criminal defence, appearing daily as a strong advocate in both Melbourne metropolitan and regional courts. His expertise spans across summary and indictable matters, and he is also highly experienced in proceedings before the Children’s Court.

Known for his ability to build genuine and respectful relationships with his clients, Chris brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to his work. His advocacy is grounded in an evidence-based methodology, with a firm commitment to justice reinvestment and rehabilitation over incarceration.

Chris’s passion for criminal law, deep understanding of the legal system, and unwavering resolve to protect his clients’ rights make him a valuable asset to our firm. We are proud to have him back on our team!
