Farewell and Gratitude: Honouring Tania’s Incredible Journey

After nearly 35 years of dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment, we bid farewell to an integral member of our LWA family—Tania D’Sylva – Paralegal to Leanne Warren.

Tania’s journey began in the early 1990s when she joined Leanne at Grace Warren Hale as a legal receptionist. When the partnership dissolved in 1995, Leanne branched out on her own, bringing Tania along to help build what is now LWA. As the firm expanded in the late 1990s, Tania took on the role of Leanne’s Legal Assistant, guiding lawyers—many of whom have gone on to become Barristers and Magistrates—through the ever-evolving processes of the firm.

After gaining valuable experience in a corporate law firm and embracing motherhood, Tania returned to LWA in 2011, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to the firm, Leanne, and her colleagues. She became a mentor to many, writing office manuals, training new staff, and upholding the values and standards that define LWA. Her strong work ethic, patience, and willingness to support others have left an indelible mark on the firm and those who have had the privilege of working alongside her.

As Tania steps into the next chapter of her life, we want to express our deepest gratitude. Her hard work, guidance, and unwavering dedication have played a significant role in shaping LWA into the firm it is today.

Tania, you will be deeply missed, but your legacy here will remain. We wish you nothing but happiness, fulfilment, and success in all that lies ahead.
