Damian Fragapane

Damian has always been passionate about criminal law, with a particular interest in cross examination and in-court advocacy. Prior to joining Leanne Warren & Associates Damian practised almost exclusively in criminal law and intervention order matters. He believes that holding the prosecution to account is paramount for the administration of justice.

Damian was admitted to the legal profession in 2019, and has experience running both indictable and summary stream matters. He has appeared in the Magistrates’, Children’s and County Courts in relation to a wide range of criminal charges, from minor traffic offences to serious property offences and sexual assaults.

Damian takes an analytical approach to his work, but is also attuned to the non-legal issues which his clients face—particularly their mental health. Damian is also fluent in Italian. Damian strives not only to obtain the best outcome for his clients, but to make the court process as stress-free as possible.
